Eligibility: Female candidates are eligible for 50% of the total scholarships for top-tier education each year. The unfilled spots can be filled by competent male candidates, nevertheless, if a sufficient number of female candidates are not available or are not judged eligible under the scheme’s terms and circumstances.

Benefits of Scholarships for Top Class Education for Students with Disabilities

It applies to students with disabilities (SwDs) enrolled in graduate or post-graduate degree or diploma programs at accredited educational institutions designated by DEPwD. Department offers 300 scholarships Under this program. The candidates will get the following advantages:

• Up to INR 2 Lakhs each year (subject to the actual amount) would be.

• Payment for the cost of a computer and related accessories: INR
• 30,000 (one-time award)
• Payment of INR 30,000 (one-time grant) toward the cost of aid and

• Monthly maintenance allowance for day students: INR 1,500
• Book grant: INR 5,000 annually (for hostelers and day scholars).

Instructions for Scholarships for Top Class Education for Students with Disabilities

• Go to the National
• Scholarship Portal site and select ‘New Registration.’
• Click Continue after carefully reading the instructions and selecting your project.
• Choose the state of residence, the type of scholarship (Scholarships for Top-Class Education for Students with Disabilities), the gender, and the scheme (Scholarship Scheme).
• Include the applicant’s name, birthdate, phone number, and email address.
• The bank information (Bank name, IFSC Code, and Account Number) must be provided.
• Click the “Register” button after selecting Aadhaar or a bank account number for your identification information.
• You will get an OTP after validating the cellphone number.
• Complete the form and log in using your OTP now.
• You will get a password and an application ID. Keep that in mind for the future.

Eligibility Criteria for The Schloarship

The govt will provide Scholarships for Top Class Education for Students with Disabilities to the beneficiaries under this scheme:-

• The candidate must reside in India permanently.
• Female candidates are eligible for 50% of the total number of top-tier education scholarships offered each year. Competent male candidates can fill the unfilled spots; nevertheless, if a sufficient number of female candidates are not eligible under the scheme’s terms and circumstances.
• The candidate must be a student of graduate, postgraduate, or diploma-level coursework at one of the approved centers of academic excellence.
• They must possess a valid certificate for the same and a disability of at least 40%.
• The candidate must make less than INR 6,00,000 yearly as a family income.
