Required Qualification

  • For Hindi & English: Second Class Post Graduate Degree in relevant subject with minimum 48% marks with Shiksha Shastri/B.Ed. degree.
  • For General Grammar, Literature and Grammar: Sanskrit medium and Second Class Acharya degree with Shastri or equivalent traditional Sanskrit examination or equivalent Sanskrit medium examination in the concerned subject with minimum 48% marks with Shiksha Shastri degree or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture

Age Limit

  • The age limit for male candidates of general category and unreserved category has been kept from 21 years to 40 years.
  • In this recruitment, age will be calculated considering 1st July 2024 as the basis.
  • For female candidates of general category, relaxation of 5 years has been given in the maximum age limit.
  • Relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age limit has been given for male candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Section, Other Backward Class, Most Backward Class, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Sahariya category and natives of Rajasthan state.
  • Female candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Section, Other Backward Class, Extremely Backward Class, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Sahariya category, natives of Rajasthan state, have been given relaxation of 10 years in the maximum age limit.
  • There is no age limit in the case of widows and divorced women.
  • Other reserved categories of Rajasthan have also been given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules of Rajasthan Government.
  • Age relaxation is admissible as per rules.

Pay Scale

  • For RPSC Sanskrit Department 1st Grade Teacher Recruitment 2024, the grade pay has been kept at Rs 4800 under the pay matrix level L-12. Fixed monthly salary will be payable during the probation period as per the rules of the state government.
