Required Qualification
- For Non ITI Trades: 8th Standard Pass for Rigger Post and SSC/ Matric / X Std. Pass for Forger Heat Treater posts.
- For ITI Trades: ITI examination passed (Provisional National trade certificate acceptable) in relevant trade with aggregate of 65% Marks.

Age Limit
- Minimum Age Limit: 21 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 42 Years

Selection Procedure
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Written Examination, Interview / Skill Test.
- The Centre of examination will be Mumbai only.
- Merit list on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination would be called for Interview / Skill Test in May 2024.
Pay Scale
- Rs. 7000/- per month for ITI Passed.
- Rs. 6000/- per month for Fresher.
- During the 2nd year of training – With 10% Increase.
Naval Dockyard Mumbai Apprentice Physical Standards:
- Height – 150 Cm, Weight – not less than 45 Kg, Chest expansion – not less than 5 cm, Eye sight 6/6 to 6/9 (6/9 corrected with glasses), external and internal organs to be normal.
