According to the Government of India’s reservation policy, the slots will be assigned. But thirty percent of the positions will be set aside for female applicants.
Additionally, 50% of the slots under each category are reserved for programs in the arts, humanities and social sciences, law, and management, and the remaining 50% are reserved for programs in science, engineering and technology, medicine, technology, forestry, and agriculture.
If there is a tie or multiple candidates with identical marks from their undergraduate program, the lowest-ranking candidates on the merit list will be further shortlisted or sorted based on their undergrad marks (UG).
