The CSEET 2024 registration is now open for the May session at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). April 15, 2023 is the deadline for CSEET registration for May 2024. On May 4, 2024, the CSEET May 2024 exam will be available online. Before the deadline, candidates must register for CSEET 2024 if they want to take the May session of the ICSI entrance exam in 2024.
Candidates should review the official CSEET eligibility requirements before applying. The CSEET exam registration fee is Rs. 1000; candidates from specific groups are eligible for further concessions from ICSI. The CSEET exam is offered in January, May, July, and November of each year.

CSEET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- All candidates who have passed/ are appearing in senior secondary (10+2) are eligible to apply and fill the application form of CSEET exam.
Age Limit
- ICSI does not restrict candidates on the basis of age for the CSEET exam
Mandates
- All candidates who are graduates/ post graduates are also required to clear CSEET exam before directly registering for the CS Executive exam.
Qualifying Marks
- Candidates will be declared as PASSED by ICSI only if they secure minimum 40% marks in a single subject and an aggregate of 50% in all subjects of CSEET exam.
Available Exemptions
Regarding CSEET 2023, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) additionally grants CSEET exemptions to the following categories of candidates:
- Candidates who successfully finish the CS Foundation course are excused from paying any fees. It is not necessary for these applicants to show up for the CSEET 2023 tests.
- Candidates are also excused from taking the CSEET exam if they have passed the ICAI’s CA Final Exam or the ICMAI’s CMA Final Exam. Nevertheless, before registering for the CS Executive exam, such candidates must pay Rs. 5000 in CSEET exemption costs.

How to complete the CSEET 2024 Registration?
Candidates can register for CSEET exam at the official website of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Step 1: Go to the official website of ICSI – icsi.edu
Step 2: Click on online services link and select register for CSEET
Step 3: Make sure to have the given documents and proceed for registration

Step 1 – Go to the official website of ICSI – icsi.edu – The first step is to visit the official website of ICSI. The recommended browser to access the ICSI website is Internet Explorer 9, Mozilla Firefox 38.0 & above, Chrome 39.0.
Step 2 – Click on online services link and select register for CSEET – Now click on the link “Online Services” visible on the menu bar. Select the option of “Register for CSEET”.
Step 3 – Make sure to have the given documents and proceed for registration – You will be redirected to a new tab. Check all the document boxes and click on the option “Proceed for registration”.
Step 4 – Fill the basic details and upload documents – Once you agree, the CSEET 2024 application form will open on the screen. Fill up the basic details and upload the scanned
documents as mentioned above in this article. Preview your CSEET application form before submission. Now, click on the confirm button after reviewing the details.
Step 5 – Make payment and download the receipt – Once the CSEET 2024 May session application form is filled, make the payment. Note down the transaction ID and download the receipt for future reference.
Upon successful payment, candidates will be registered for CSEET 2024 entrance exam. ICSI will confirm the same by sending an email and sms on registered email ID and mobile number given by candidates.
