HP BOSE: HP TET – Age Limit

  • There is no upper age limit to apply for the TET. The age criteria are to be considered by the appointing authority at the time of appointment as per R&P Rules.

HP BOSE: HP TET – Age Relaxation

  • Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

  • For General & Its Sub Categories: Rs. 800/- 
  • For SC/ ST/ OBC/ PHH: Rs. 500/-

  • Shortlisted candidates for the Himachal Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (HPTET) will be chosen based on their performance on the online HP TET exam. Since HP TET is only an eligibility test, passing it does not guarantee job placement for applicants. Based on the positions that are open and require HP TET Certification, they must submit applications for employment at various schools. To be chosen, applicants must receive more than or equal to 60% of the available marks.
